30-Day Return Policy

At Mideroche Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost for all eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags.
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customerservice@miderochejewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us – Email us with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive a Prepaid Return Label – We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return your item at no extra cost.
3. Ship the Item – Repack your jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
